About Helen
I have been a teacher for 30 years and have worked in a national and international context. I have taught in both Primary and secondary sectors and have experience also teaching primary core subjects. I have taught thousands of students from age 3-18 with outstanding exam results. I speak French and am used to teaching students in a second language. I am caring, compassionate, innovative, creative and extremely knowledgeable in my subject areas.

My approach to teaching is holistic, structuring lessons to equip students with the knowledge, understanding, values and attitudes to encourage, independent thinking, curiosity and a love for lifelong learning. I'm inspired to inspire future generations to become truly global citizens, with an awareness of current global environmental issues and with the skills to be able to go forward and and make a real difference to the planet.
