About Samantha
My name is Samantha and I am a writer and teacher. I have an MA in creative writing and linguistics and have my own work published in a series of literary magazines, language-learning websites, blogs, and more. As a writer, my goal is for my students to find their own voice to be able to contribute their unique perspectives to the world.

Through a combination of in-class writing exercises, reading discussions, and personally-crafted lessons, students will learn how to turn their ideas into stories they can share. Each class will focus on a different story element or literary device. These will be carefully selected based on a student's interest, level, and experience. I design lessons based on the natural direction students want to take their work. Drawing on my own career as a writer, I help students find the advanced tools that will help develop their work in the direction they want to take it.
