About Emily
As a girl who’s experienced body dismorphia and eating disorders, I often found myself following ridiculous diets to quickly lose weight, resulting in me feeling very unhappy and rather unhealthy. These unsustainable diets caused uncontrollable binging, resulting in me putting all the weight, and even more, back on. Now I have learnt the scientific reasoning on how weight loss really works, and I want to educate others on how to lose their weight in a safe and sensible way, without cutting out your favourite foods or following any pointless ‘health kick’ diets.
