About Kritika
My name is Kritika Kaushik, and I am an education professional with experience in teaching, lesson planning, curriculum implementation, assessment design, and educational content development. I have completed my Bachelor of Education from Bhavan's Leelavati Munshi College of Education, along with a Diploma in Special Education, and I am currently pursuing a master's degree in political science.
Professionally, I have worked as a TGT Social Science teacher, where I have been involved not only in classroom teaching but also in academic planning, assessment development, co-curricular activities, event coordination, and student engagement initiatives. These experiences have helped me develop strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
I am passionate about creating meaningful learning experiences and believe in making education engaging, inclusive, and learner-centered. Along with teaching, I have a keen interest in curriculum development, instructional design, and educational content creation, as I enjoy designing resources that improve student learning outcomes.
I consider myself a dedicated, adaptable, and continuous learner who is always looking for opportunities to grow professionally while contributing positively to the institution and the learners I work with.
