About Diane
This is my 3rd career! I just didn't know what I wanted to do when I grew up. Well, I found my calling! It is TEACHING kids. I love to teach. I build a bond with every student. I want them to trust me as I trust them. I understand that everyone has different learning styles and kids have variations on those styles. Instead of spending time trying to figure out which style they are, I like to use many styles on each student at the same time. I take my role seriously but at the same time I know that kids love playing games and also try to incorporate some fun in the lesson.

My lessons are interactive one on one. I use; I, us, you method where I like to show examples then we do together and follow up with student doing it alone.
I am very patient and caring.
I work with students grades 1 through 12th. I like to tell students that it is ok to do hard things. I build a relationship with them so that they feel comfortable with me.
I really have a passion for teaching and reading in particular.
