About Ria

I have held leadership and managerial positions in various fields of study. My experience and education
allows me to function as a consultant/educator addressing all aspects of a students life.
My deepest interest lies in the development of an institution through the use of technology via the merger of key environments that influence the success and development of a student, thus ensuring the highest possible success and development rates.
I am an objective individual which enables me to act with accuracy and fairness. I work well as an
individual, as well as, in a team. My interpersonal abilities, strong decision making, analytical thinking and problem solving skills are excellent. I am resilient, balanced and humanitarian by nature.

About the lesson

I first assess exactly exactly how much of knowledge base of the student. Thereafter I determine the method of learning that best suits the individual. I then prepare according to the learning method and develop means of testing accordingly.
