About Carolyn
I have worked helping and tutoring kids in both Spanish and English over the past 4 years in a variety of subjects.
I am most comfortable working with kids in elementary and middle school depending on the subject material.
With my current job I manage about 60 kids and need to know what their studying and how they learn best.
I do my best to make sure that no student walks away, after tutoring with me, feeling discouraged. I understand that school can be hard and that everyone learns differently. As a tutor it is my job help my students realize their potential and understand the material while keeping their spirits up.

I have a Bachelor of Arts degree in Spanish and am currently studying part time for my Master of Arts degree in International Higher Education. Most of my time is spent working as the Educational Specialist for an organization that works with homeless and at risk families. As a part of my position I run the after school tutoring program for kids between 5 and 17 years old.
