Pragmatic, no non-sense approach to self-defense. Learn a traditional form of Karate that has not been watered down. Yoga, Kick Boxing, Essence of Evolution, Krav Maga and Jujitsu are all interconnected into a dynamic training session that includes Calisthenics, Postures vs Motion, effective concepts of self-preservation, traditional forms that have deep meaning and significance.
