My classroom management style places emphasis on making students feel valued and in charge of their learning experience. I've noticed through experience that students tend to engage better when they have a say in the methods and activities they use to learn. Not every student learns in the same way, so I give them the freedom to read, write, listen to audiotapes or have discussions with their classmates to maximize the materials they absorb.
