Teach to the student and motivate them to grow into themselves. I try my best tailor expectations to each of my students so that I can gauge how and to what extent I can encourage them to take a chance with their learning.
I am a high school ELA/ESL teacher who studied music. I have a masters degree in the field, which has also prepared me for teaching at most grade levels and disciplines such as history. In my spare time, I podcast.
