About Rachel

I graduated from the University of Southampton and am currently an engineering consultant with 3 years tutoring experience (and counting). I enjoy playing the guitar and have a grade 8 in piano.

If I wasn't in engineering, I would probably be a teacher.

About the lesson

My teaching approach focuses on consistency through regular practice and revision to build a strong foundation in maths. Each lesson generally starts with a quick review of previous topics, assessments and clarifying questions.

I encourage students to ask questions freely and address doubts immediately. My goal is to make learning maths straightforward and enjoyable, helping students achieve their full potential.

Pricing List for Grades:
Primary (Year 1, 2, 3) £30/hour
Primary (Year 4, 5, 6) £35/hour
Secondary (Years 7 to 9): £40/hour
Secondary (Years 10 to 11): £45/hour

Discounts available if you enrol two or more students.

Full tuition fees are applicable unless the lesson is canceled with a minimum of 24 hours' notice. Rescheduling lessons is subject to the tutor's discretion.
