About Joanne
I am an engineering student at Warwick University. I am very knowledgeable in both maths and physics receiving A*AA for Maths,Further Maths and Physics at A level.
I have tutored for Maths, Further Maths and Science (Physics mainly) for students from Primary to A level. I have wide range of experience in tutoring for all ages, from as young as 10 to teaching adult learners.
I have a great passion for maths and for teaching. I am a qualified swim teacher so am able to teach many different types of people and adapt to cater for those who need help.

My teaching method is primarily to make sure the student understands the processes of answering questions.
I am happy to review questions/work before the lesson so I can make clear steps to get to the solution so its easy to follow and understand.
I like to work alongside the curriculum and make aims for each topic which is being taught so that the student can visualise their progress.
I try to give as many real life examples when learning new parts as it allows the student to familiarise themselves with the work as it helps build confidence rather than being overwhelmed with all the new topics
