I did my btech from MITS, Gwalior. And after that worked under a company for 2 years in tranformer maintenance and transmission line maintenance of 11kv. I believe the correct way to teach someone something is to explain the concept and also tell the person the significance of the subject i.e, where can we see this particular concept in real life, where is this formula used to build or determine particular objective. So i beleive in practical approach alongwith regorous practice
