Hi, I'm Ragav. Fitness has been one of the biggest constants in my life. No matter what was happening—whether I was studying for my Master's in Electrical Engineering at the University of Houston, working long hours, or dealing with life's ups and downs—the gym was always where I challenged myself and grew. Over the years, I've learned that real transformation isn't about extreme diets or magic workout plans. It's about consistency, understanding your body, and enjoying the process. I've spent years studying training techniques, nutrition, recovery, and bodybuilding through experience and evidence-based learning. My goal isn't just to help you build muscle or lose fat; it's to help you become confident enough to train on your own and make fitness a lifelong habit. Every person is different, so every plan I create is personalized to fit your goals, schedule, and lifestyle. I'm here to guide, motivate, and help you become the strongest version of yourself—physically and mentally.

Fitness has been a passion and a way of life for me for over 10 years. During my time pursuing my Master's degree in Electrical Engineering in the United States, I trained consistently, learned from experienced lifters, explored evidence-based training methods, and developed a deep understanding of bodybuilding, nutrition, muscle growth, fat loss, and recovery. I don't believe in shortcuts or unrealistic promises—I believe in teaching the science behind every workout and nutrition plan. My goal is to help you build a stronger, healthier, and more confident version of yourself through personalized coaching, proper technique, accountability, and sustainable habits. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced lifter, I'll guide you with practical knowledge, motivation, and a plan tailored to your goals.
