About Jace
Hello, I'm an Electrical Engineering student with a strong foundation in mathematics. My goal is to make math less intimidating and more enjoyable for students K-8. I focus on building strong problem-solving skills, confidence, and a positive attitude toward learning. Every lesson is personalized to match each student's needs, whether they need extra support, help with homework, preparation for a test, or strengthening fundamental math skills. I'm looking to create a supportive learning environment that can help students grow academically while developing skills to gain confidence.

As a math tutor, my approach is to understand the basics and get a good understanding of whatever subject were doing. I will typically start a lesson by reading to understand the basic comprehension of whatever subject were looking over. Then, I'll go over example problems and explain the process for finding your answer. After that, I'll allow students to try a few example problems. Finally, we'll go over example problems, understand our thought process, and fix any mistakes. Lessons will be fun, interactive, and helpful to your development in any classes you're taking.
