About Roderick
- I have been training/instructing for over 30 years.
- I was an Instructor in the Navy for 4 years. (Leadership and Management). Class size up to 20 students.
- I currently tutor math and reading to 3rd graders and have seen them go up at least a letter grade.

I am a retired Navy Veteran of 21years, and I am an Electrical Engineer who currently work as a Electrical Systems Quality Assurance Inspector for the Department of the Navy at Norfolk Naval Shipyard. I am a certified Master Training Specialist and have a masters degree in Human Resource Management a bachelors degree in Industrial and Occupational Technology.
I am currently tutoring 3rd graders at an Elementary School in Portsmouth Va. My style of tutoring is based off the need of the child with a focus on lessons and teaching methodology used by the child's current teacher.
