About Fabian

Hi, my name is Fabian Amer I am 24 years old and I am an Electrical Engineer. I have studied Electrical Engineering at UTFPR and graduated this year. During my graduation, I had the chance to study in the United States for 1 year and 3 months through the Science Without Borders program. Now I am starting my Master's Degree in Biomedical Engineering also at UTFPR. I would like to help people to improve their English skills, because I know it will be very important for any particular goal that they have.

About the lesson

I believe that one of the most important things to learn English for sure is dedication outside of class. Practicing is always essential! I really like to spend the grammatical part, even many people dislike it, but I like to show my students how important it is to know the grammatical essence and not just decorate ready-made sentences. I also like to pass words to be practiced and used in everyday phrases weekly, to increase the vocabulary. Another important part that I enjoy working with my students is pronunciation. Of course we will not talk like natives overnight, but we may as well practice to get as close as possible to the correct pronunciation and escape as much as possible from the famous accent.
