About Julia
Hello! My name is Julia, and I am an Electrical Engineering and Math student at Rutgers University with a strong academic background in mathematics, physics, and engineering. I have experience both tutoring students and working on real-world engineering projects, including robotics research and data-driven modeling.
I am passionate about helping students gain confidence in subjects that can often feel intimidating. Having recently completed many of the courses I tutor, I understand the challenges students face and know how to explain difficult concepts in a clear, relatable way. My goal is to create a supportive learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions, making mistakes, and growing their skills.
Whether you need help raising your grade, preparing for an exam, or building a stronger foundation in STEM, I am committed to helping you achieve your academic goals.

My lessons are designed to help students build confidence and develop a deep understanding of STEM subjects, not just memorize steps. I specialize in mathematics, physics, engineering, and introductory programming, working with middle school, high school, and college students.
A typical lesson begins by identifying the concepts a student finds challenging. I then break those topics into smaller, manageable pieces and explain them using clear examples and real-world applications. After working through guided examples together, students practice independently while I provide support and feedback.
My teaching style is patient, interactive, and highly personalized. I adapt my explanations to each student's learning style and encourage questions throughout the lesson. As an Electrical Engineering student at Rutgers University with research and tutoring experience, I understand both the academic material and the common challenges students face when learning it.
Whether you're preparing for an exam, completing homework, or looking to strengthen your understanding of a subject, my goal is to help you become a more confident and independent learner.
