About Ali
I'm Ali. I help students understand circuit analysis, signals, digital electronics and feedback control, and connect the theory to calculations, simulations and introductory robotics projects.
My academic training in Aerospace Engineering at the Institute of Space Technology in Pakistan includes Circuits and Electronics, Digital Systems Design, Aerospace Instrumentation and Control Systems. My project work includes MATLAB/Simulink modeling for a vehicle that combines flight and ground movement.
I explain what each equation means, why a method fits and how to check the result. You practice the next step with guidance, building understanding you can use independently.
I teach online in English from Pakistan, supporting learners in Raleigh and across the United States.

Stuck on an electronics assignment, a circuit calculation or a MATLAB/Simulink control model? Bring your question and whatever you have tried. We work through the reasoning and check a solution you can explain yourself.
Your free first 60-minute lesson
We choose one manageable task, such as solving a circuit, understanding a Z-transform step or interpreting a simulation response. I explain an example, then you apply the method with feedback. We finish with a practical next step. Larger assignments and projects may need several lessons.
Electrical circuits and circuit analysis
DC and AC circuits, Ohm's law, Kirchhoff's laws, series and parallel networks, nodal and mesh analysis, superposition, Thevenin and Norton equivalents. Understand capacitors, inductors, RC/RL/RLC transients, phasors, impedance, electrical power and basic power-factor calculations. We check units, sign conventions and whether results make physical sense.
Electronics and digital systems
Component behavior, analog and digital fundamentals, and simple circuit interpretation. Digital Logic Design and Digital Systems Design support includes truth tables, Boolean algebra, Karnaugh maps, combinational logic, flip-flops, sequential circuits and introductory finite-state machines.
Signals and systems / digital signal processing
Time-domain and frequency-domain reasoning, Laplace and Z transforms, block diagrams and discrete-time systems. Selected DSP topics include sampling, interpolation, decimation, multirate signal processing and filterbanks, matched to your syllabus. We connect the mathematics to what the signal is doing.
Control systems, MATLAB and Simulink
Transfer functions, feedback, block-diagram reduction, time response, stability, Bode plots, gain and phase margins, PID control and selected digital-control questions. Build or troubleshoot a Simulink model, plot responses in MATLAB and compare simulation results with theory. Relevant complex numbers, matrices, differential equations and transforms are explained as needed. Selected Python and C++ support is available for calculations or understanding your project code.
Instrumentation, mechatronics and introductory robotics
Sensors, actuators, motors, basic motor-driver concepts, signal flow and component integration. For supported low-voltage student projects, we review circuit diagrams, wiring photographs, shared code or simulation models and test one change at a time. Share your board, components and software details so I can confirm the scope before accepting your request.
Coursework, homework, projects and exam preparation
Lessons primarily suit college and university undergraduates, technical diploma and adult learners, with relevant high school electricity and electronics topics. Related courses such as Circuit Theory, Electrical Principles, Electronic Systems, Automatic Control and introductory Electrical Power Systems are welcome within the topics above. Specialist requests are checked against your syllabus.
We can interpret a brief, review your attempt, troubleshoot a model or practice representative exam questions. You develop your own calculations, code and design decisions and remain responsible for assessed submissions. In continuing lessons, we revisit difficult ideas and build toward independent problem solving.
Include your course, the difficult step and any deadline in your request. A diagram or example question is helpful if available. I will confirm the topic and availability before accepting.
Recommendations
Recommendations come from relatives, friends and acquaintances of the teacher
I know Ali as the person who helped me go from being stuck in coding basics to writing working programs confidently. His style is very hands on, he makes you write code, debug it properly, and understand logic, not just copy solutions. We covered computer programming with Python and C++, plus HTML basics and MATLAB for engineering style problem solving, and he always kept the sessions clear and goal focused. I recommend Ali because he is reliable, patient, and very professional, and his programming methodology makes online lessons feel organized and productive.
I know Ali through our engineering and aerospace study circle, and I have seen his teaching methodology up close. He explains aeronautics and mechanical engineering with a structured, step by step approach, then connects it to real applications like flight dynamics, control systems, and automatic systems, so it actually makes sense instead of feeling like theory. He is consistent, punctual, and serious about student progress, he keeps sessions interactive, checks understanding, and fixes weak points fast. I recommend Ali on Superprof because he is genuinely trustworthy, technically strong, and he teaches engineering in a practical way that helps students perform.
