About Jordan
Hello from Austin, Texas! I have been teaching for about 9 years and absolutely LOVE it! Over the past 4 years I have worked as a math teacher and interventionist online. I love making connections and strengthening math skills for my students all over the state of Texas! I am certified to teach all subjects preschool-6th grade, English as a Second Language, and Special Education preschool-12th grade. I am currently on schedule to graduate with my Master's in Education in the summer of 2023! I am a mom to 3 boys ages 9, 7, and 4. We enjoy hiking, camping, swimming in Lake Travis, and playing baseball. I look forward to meeting you and supporting you to reach your math goals!

I use researched based practices and engaging lessons to promote maximum student growth. I individualize instruction for each student and provide time for guided practice during sessions. A typical lesson with me, depending on the needs of the student, will entail a mini lesson, guided practice, and independent practice. Within this lesson I will have interactive activities planned to make class fun and memorable. I look forward to making math easier and more enjoyable for you!
