About Bella
I am a recent graduate of Ball State University's Teachers College and majored in Elementary and Special Education. Upon receiving my degree I applied to become a licensed teacher in the state of Indiana and have begun searching for elementary teaching jobs.
Throughout my entire educational career, as a student, math was one of the most difficult subjects for me. I always doubted myself as a student and constantly felt so far behind my peers. It was not until I had the help of my high school Algebra teacher that math finally began to "click" for me. This was one of many reasons why I decided to become a teacher!
Learning is NOT one size fits all! It is an ongoing process that requires time and dedication. Everyone learns differently and I will do my absolute best to accommodate instruction for all of my students!

- As a recent college graduate and soon-to-be licensed educator, I am up to date on many teaching methods and techniques! I am also familiar with Indiana's Educational State Standards.
- I personally do not believe in having a set "typical lesson plan" I believe learning is an individualized process. I want to produce lessons in a variety of ways that are beneficial to each student's learning style. However, lessons can range anywhere from 30 minutes to 2 hours based on the needs of my students.
- My lessons are for elementary - high school-aged students requiring math assistance throughout the summer.
