About Kristen
I have a lot of different skills that intertwine and make me really dedicated to students I teach. I have my own business online, working as a health coach and mental wellness coach, I have also worked as a group fitness instructor, personal trainer, elementary classroom teacher, art teacher, and physical therapy assistant. I am also a wife and mom. All of these different roles have given me a unique perspective on how to approach different learning opportunities and how to best use my knowledge to help others. I am very energetic, positive, and goal-oriented.

I love making lessons fun and interesting, using texts that are high-interest. A typical lesson plan involves interactive learning, versus "busy work" done independently. I am dedicated to my student's needs and take each lesson seriously, with the student's best interest in mind. I can vary my lessons, according to age/grade/skill level.
