Teaching Approach
I use a structured, skill-based, and individualized approach to tutoring, focusing on phonics, reading comprehension, and writing. Lessons are designed to target specific skill gaps using explicit instruction, guided practice, and ongoing feedback to build confidence and mastery.
Typical Lesson
Each session includes a brief review, direct instruction of a targeted skill, guided practice, and independent practice. I monitor progress regularly and adjust instruction as needed.
