I am a licensed teacher in both Illinois and Missouri and earned my teaching degree from the University of Missouri (Mizzou), graduating in 2021. I specialize in 4th grade math and truly love making math engaging, approachable, and fun for students. I focus on building strong foundational skills while boosting confidence through clear explanations, patience, and encouragement. My goal is to help students not only understand math, but feel proud of their progress and excited to learn

As your child is continuing through elementary school, math becomes a big deal—and it doesn’t have to be scary. I genuinely love math, and that enthusiasm carries into every lesson. I focus specifically on 4th grade math skills, helping students build strong foundations while actually enjoying the process.
My goal is to make math make sense—through games, real-life connections, and lots of encouragement—so students feel confident, capable, and proud of their progress. When kids start to see math as something they can do (and even have fun with!), everything changes.
