About Kathleen
Hi friends! I’ve been an elementary school teacher for 26 years. I’ve also been tutoring for a while, which means I’ve worked with many students one-on-one to help them succeed. I have a gentle and patient way of teaching—I want you to always feel comfortable and confident while you’re learning. With me, you’ll have someone who listens, encourages you, and celebrates every step of your progress.

If you’re looking for a teacher who will make learning fun, supportive, and meaningful, I’d love to work with you! I bring 26 years of experience as an elementary school teacher, and I know how to meet children where they are and help them grow with confidence. My approach is gentle, patient, and encouraging—I believe every child learns best when they feel safe, respected, and celebrated for their strengths. With me, lessons are not just about mastering skills—they’re about building a love of learning that lasts a lifetime.
