Hello! I'm a big believer in hands-on learning and real world connections. My experience in the classroom has shown me that students are able to grasp really big concepts when they understand the "why" behind the learning or how they can relate to it.
My typical lesson plan starts with me showing the students how something works, then we try it together, and then they try the problem on their own. I have seen my students grow with this approach as they get feedback from me every step of the way.
