About Gail
For the past 12 years, I have been teaching violin to students from schools, colleges, and professional workplaces. I enjoy helping learners discover their musical talents and experience the satisfaction that comes from learning an instrument.
My teaching philosophy focuses on support, patience, and lifelong learning. I believe that every student learns differently, so I customise lessons to suit their pace and goals. I encourage students to enjoy the process and celebrate their progress.
Throughout my teaching career, I have helped many students improve their skills and become more confident in their performances. One of my proudest accomplishments has been seeing students continue their musical journey with dedication and enthusiasm.
I am committed to creating a positive learning environment where students can achieve success and enjoy music for years to come.

I believe that music education should be enjoyable and inspiring. My teaching style combines compassion, clear communication, and continuous support to create a positive learning experience for students of all ages and levels.
For violin students, I focus on proper technique, rhythm, tone quality, and musical expression. I adapt lessons according to each student's pace and personal goals. Through demonstrations and simple explanations, I make learning engaging and easy to understand.
I encourage students to communicate openly and provide regular feedback to help them recognise their progress. Patience and encouragement are important parts of my teaching approach because they help students gain confidence and remain motivated.
Apart from violin, I teach related subjects such as music theory, ear training, sight reading, and performance preparation. These subjects strengthen students' musical foundations and improve their overall abilities.
My objective is to help students achieve their goals while enjoying the process of learning music.
