About Adrian

I am a dedicated ESL tutor with 10 years of experience helping high school and college students develop strong language skills and confidence in English. I focus on personalised learning, tailoring each lesson to the student’s unique needs, goals, and learning style.

My approach integrates grammar and vocabulary instruction with speaking, writing, reading, and listening exercises, enhanced by real-life examples and interactive practice. I am skilled at creating a positive, motivating learning environment that encourages participation, curiosity, and confidence.

Throughout my career, I have successfully guided students to improve fluency, achieve better academic performance, and become confident communicators in English.

About the lesson

I teach ESL using a C³P methodology—Creativity, Communication, Compassion, and Problem-solving. Creativity is encouraged through storytelling, role-playing, and project-based learning that inspire students to explore language freely and express themselves confidently.

Communication is central to my lessons. I incorporate discussions, debates, and collaborative activities to enhance fluency, comprehension, and confidence in real-world communication. Compassion ensures lessons are personalised to each student’s pace and learning style, offering guidance, encouragement, and feedback to promote motivation and growth.

Problem-solving is embedded through scenario-based exercises, practical tasks, and critical thinking challenges, allowing students to apply English logically and creatively. I also include related subjects such as reading comprehension, writing, and vocabulary building to provide a holistic academic experience.

This methodology develops learners who are creative, confident, empathetic, and capable of applying English in diverse academic, professional, and everyday contexts.
