About Brittany
With 20 years of ESL teaching experience, I am dedicated to helping students succeed in English. I teach high school and college students and focus on making learning clear and effective. I have worked with around 150 to 200 students, which has helped me become a flexible and patient teacher.
A major milestone in my career has been helping students overcome their fear of speaking English and communicate with confidence. Many of my students have improved their exam results and real-life communication skills.
My classes include simple explanations, practical exercises, and interactive activities. I create a positive and comfortable learning environment where students feel motivated. Teaching English is my passion, and I aim to make a lasting impact on every student’s journey.

I follow a practical, student-focused ESL teaching methodology that combines real-life application with interactive learning. Real-life examples and case studies are central to my lessons, helping students understand how English is used in everyday life, professional settings, and academic work.
Motivation is essential, and I create a positive learning environment where students feel encouraged to participate and practise regularly. Problem-solving exercises, such as role-plays, discussions, and real-world scenarios, develop communication skills, critical thinking, and adaptability.
I teach with integrity, offering honest feedback and clear guidance to help students track their progress. Flexibility is also important, as I tailor lessons to each student’s level, pace, and learning goals. Alongside ESL, I teach grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and writing to ensure comprehensive language development.
