My teaching methodology for flute is based on Motivation, Communication, Integrity, and Creativity. I aim to create a learning environment where students feel comfortable, supported, and excited to learn music. I begin by understanding each student’s level, learning style, and personal goals so I can plan lessons that suit them best.
Motivation is a key part of my teaching. I encourage students by appreciating their efforts and guiding them with small, achievable goals. This helps them build confidence and stay consistent. Communication is equally important. I explain breathing techniques, fingering, posture, and tone production in simple and clear language. I always make sure students understand each concept fully.
With integrity, I focus on teaching correct techniques and building a strong foundation step by step. I guide students patiently and provide honest feedback. Creativity allows me to make lessons engaging through songs, exercises, and fun learning activities.
Along with flute, I also teach music theory, rhythm, and listening skills to help students develop a complete understanding of music.
