About Scotte
I am passionate about helping students achieve success through music. With 7 years of experience as a flute tutor, I have worked with school and college students at different skill levels. My teaching approach combines patience, clear explanations, and practical exercises that make learning enjoyable.
Students develop breathing control, posture, finger movement, rhythm, scales, articulation, tone quality, and performance skills in a step-by-step manner. I believe that every achievement deserves recognition because it motivates students to continue improving.
Along with flute, I also teach music theory, ear training, sight reading, rhythm practice, music appreciation, and beginner keyboard skills. My mission is to help students become confident musicians while developing creativity and discipline.

My flute teaching methodology helps students develop technical skills, musical knowledge, and confidence together. I use Motivation, Communication, Integrity, and Creativity to create lessons that are engaging, supportive, and effective.
Every lesson includes breathing exercises, posture correction, note reading, rhythm training, finger coordination, tone production, articulation, scales, dynamics, improvisation, and musical expression. Students learn step by step according to their ability and goals.
Motivation inspires students to practice with enthusiasm. Communication helps every concept become easy to understand through demonstrations and practical activities. Integrity creates a positive classroom where every student feels respected and encouraged.
Creativity is included through rhythm games, duet performances, listening sessions, favorite songs, ear training, music appreciation, and stage preparation. Besides flute, I also teach recorder, beginner keyboard, music theory, sight reading, rhythm development, and basic composition to help students become complete musicians.
