About Mariana
My name is Mariana, and I’m an 18-year-old Elite Gymnast with over ten years of high-level training and two years of coaching experience. I hold an Intermediate Coaching accreditation and am currently working toward my Advanced qualification. My background includes overcoming injuries, mental setbacks and the pressures of competitive sport, which is why I coach with a safety-first, supportive and high-performance mindset. I work confidently with youth, teens and adults — including beginners starting late or athletes rebuilding foundations. Whether someone needs help with flexibility, strength, mindset, injury prevention, fueling, foundational skills or learning a new skill as an adult, I’m committed to guiding them with patience, clarity and elite-level knowledge. I’m here to support every athlete’s goals and see their progress through to the end.

My lessons are designed to support athletes with clear, goal‑based training. As an Elite Gymnast and qualified Intermediate Coach (currently completing my Advanced accreditation), I teach with a safety‑first, high‑performance approach that adapts to each athlete’s needs. Sessions run 45–60 minutes and can focus on conditioning, foundational skill learning, building strong basics, developing aerial skills, improving flexibility, increasing overall fitness, strengthening mindset, or learning how to fuel and train safely. I work with youth, teens, adult beginners and returning athletes, and I understand the physical and mental challenges that come with gymnastics at any stage. Whether someone wants to prevent injury, overcome fear, learn a new skill, or build a long‑term training plan, I tailor each lesson to their goals and support them through the entire process.
