About Sony

I am a passionate Piano instructor with over 12 years of teaching experience. I teach school students, college students, and working professionals who want to learn Piano for personal enjoyment, academic development, or performance opportunities.

My teaching style is supportive, interactive, and goal-oriented. I work closely with students to understand their strengths and challenges, creating customized lessons that help them progress effectively.

Students in my classes learn piano techniques, scales, chords, rhythm exercises, music theory, sight reading, ear training, and performance preparation. I also teach students how to develop productive practice habits that support long-term growth.

Besides Piano, I offer instruction in keyboard skills and music theory. I encourage students to explore different musical styles and discover their own creative expression.

My mission is to help students gain confidence, develop strong musical foundations, and enjoy every step of their learning journey.

About the lesson

My teaching approach focuses on communication, creativity, flexibility, and continuous support. I believe every student has the potential to become a confident pianist when learning takes place in a positive and encouraging environment.

The learning journey starts with posture, finger exercises, note reading, rhythm, and music theory. As students become more comfortable, they continue with scales, chords, arpeggios, pedal techniques, dynamics, sight reading, expressive performance, and musical interpretation.

I explain every lesson through practical demonstrations and easy-to-follow examples. Students are encouraged to participate actively, ask questions, and practice consistently. Regular progress reviews help students improve steadily and stay motivated.

Students explore different musical genres while developing creativity through improvisation, accompaniment, and performance activities. These experiences help students become expressive and versatile musicians.

Besides piano, I teach keyboard skills, ear training, rhythm development, music theory, sight reading, music appreciation, and performance preparation. These additional lessons strengthen overall musicianship.

My aim is to create enjoyable learning experiences where students build confidence, achieve their goals, and continue growing as musicians for years to come.
