About Pamela
Across sixteen years of coaching I have trained 815 students, many competing seriously for conservatory placements, professional auditions, or demanding vocal certifications under my direct guidance. My own training was rigorous and unforgiving, and I genuinely believe that discipline, not comfort, is what separates a hobbyist from a real performer. I am demanding, direct, and occasionally blunt in my feedback, because vague encouragement wastes a student's limited preparation time before something important. Students who thrive with me want the truth about their weaknesses immediately, not comfortable reassurance that delays real improvement. I am not the right tutor for a gentle hobby class.

My singing lessons are built on precision, not comfort, since soft encouragement without genuine technical rigour produces singers who feel good but collapse under real performance pressure. Every session opens with structured vocal drills targeting breath control, resonance, and pitch accuracy, measured against clear, specific benchmarks tracked meticulously across each student's journey. I correct immediately and directly when a note is flat, since delaying feedback lets bad habits calcify into permanent limitations. Repertoire is assigned strategically based on what will stretch a student's weakest area, not simply what they enjoy singing that week. Mock performances under genuine pressure are scheduled frequently throughout preparation.
