About Jan
I am a professional swimming coach with over 20 years of experience in the sport. I started swimming at the age of six and trained at a high competitive level throughout my athletic career. I later transitioned into coaching, where I combine my elite sports background with a calm, supportive, and structured teaching approach. I believe in safety, respect, and individualized training. My goal is to help each swimmer feel confident, motivated, and comfortable in the water while achieving steady and lasting progress. I work with international and Russian-speaking families.

As an elite athlete who competed in the Olympic Games and European Championships, I bring professional training methods, discipline, and attention to detail into every lesson. My focus is on correct technique, breathing, body position, and steady progress in a supportive and motivating environment.
All lessons are held at a professional swimming facility, ensuring safety, comfort, and high training standards.
