About Leon
As a committed Trumpet tutor with 10+ years of experience, I have successfully guided around 300 High School students, College students, and adults toward achieving their learning goals. I enjoy helping learners improve their abilities through structured lessons, positive encouragement, and personalized support.
My teaching philosophy is based on the belief that every student can succeed with patience and consistent effort. I explain concepts using simple English, practical examples, and interactive learning activities. My lessons are designed to make learning enjoyable while encouraging steady progress.
I begin by building strong foundational skills before introducing more advanced topics. Every class includes guided practice, constructive feedback, and progress reviews that help students recognize their improvements and stay motivated throughout their learning journey.
Teaching around 300 students has been a rewarding achievement that has strengthened both my experience and teaching skills. Many learners have reached important milestones and gained confidence through dedication and personalized guidance.
I believe learning should take place in a welcoming and encouraging environment where every student feels valued. My mission is to help students enjoy Trumpet, achieve their goals, and develop the confidence and skills needed for lifelong success.

My teaching methodology for Trumpet is centered around making music education simple, engaging, and effective. I use Communication to create a supportive relationship with students and help them overcome learning challenges. I believe Adaptation to Learning Styles is essential because each student requires a different approach to achieve success.
I use Real-life examples and case studies from professional trumpet performances, music groups, and real musical experiences to explain concepts clearly. I also teach related subjects including Music Theory, Ear Training, Note Reading, Sight Reading, and Performance Skills.
My lessons focus on improving technique, musical understanding, rhythm, tone, and confidence. I aim to create a positive environment where students feel motivated to learn and achieve their musical goals.
