About Ali
Everything I teach my students comes from personal experiences whether they were from success or failures (failures mostly). I think I have the ability to show empathy to my students and relate to struggles as I am currently a second-year biochemistry student and was a former IB Diploma student (not very fun). I hope to teach students that they’re not “bad” at a certain subject, they just haven’t discovered their ability to perform well. I used to struggle a great amount in high school in math and chemistry, however, after learning from my failures I managed to not only graduate as a top IB student but to also receive an undergrad full ride. YOU CAN DO IT TOO!!!

Lessons are for Grades 8-12. Subjects offered include Chemistry, Biology, Physics, and Math.
Lessons will be fully based on teaching concepts and methodologies through practice questions. Less memorizing, more active recall and problem-solving. A friendship with the student rather than a strict environment, student should be able to ask as many questions as many times as they desire without feeling stressed. Tutoring is about being able to teach the student in a way that induces self confidence and trust in their own ability to answer questions.
