About Carolina
I’m Carolina Aguirre and I help women reconnect with their body, emotions, and inner wisdom through somatic embodiment, conscious breathing, meditation, and feminine energy practices. I am certified in Ovarian Breathing and Tantric Pulse and provide a safe, personalized, and supportive space for transformation. My approach is gentle, intuitive, and focused on presence, self-compassion, and authentic connection, helping women feel at home in their own body and rediscover joy and balance in everyday life.

These lessons are for women who feel disconnected, anxious, or on autopilot and want to feel at home in their own body again.
