About Clio
Hey beautiful!
I’m Clio and I’m a dancer and fitness instructor. My mission is to take the dread out of gym-ing and to make getting fit fun, simple and accessible, regardless of your circumstances.
I started Keep Fit with Clio in August 2020 after graduating university with a first class degree.
Since then I have mentored a large variety of women and men starting from ages 19-60. I maintain a high success rate with my clients because I ONLY work with people, I know that I can help. You must be READY to take your health and fitness to the next level.
If this is you, then I will link arms with you, support you and invest into getting you the goals you deserve.
Your first session will be a consultation for us to determine what your goals are and what the best pathway for you is.

Hey!
What i do is pretty simple! I create a safe space for women to get fit and begin loving themselves again!
I can help you start enjoying exercise without all the side-fluff and scary machines.
Reshape your relationship with exercise and say goodbye to the long gym sessions & unused memberships.
I run a monthly online programme as well as offering a more hands on approach with 1-1's and 1-2's in my private gym.
I also host weekly dance-fit classes if getting groovy is how you like to do fitness!
Point is... we keep it simple at KFWC.
Just me, you and a bit of HARD WORK!
