About Dexter
My background consists of me tutoring for five years and being hired at places such as Morgan State University, Grade Potential Tutoring, and Streamline Tutors. I have taught many students from kindergarten to college seniors, seeing massive increases not only in grades but in self-confidence. I graduated from Morgan State University with a degree in Civil Engineering but my gift of mathematics and my passion for teaching led me to my current occupation, teaching for Baltimore County Public Schools.

I create an environment built on honesty, vulnerability, and engagement. I want the student to know that I am not doing the work, just using a myriad of innovative techniques to guide them to a place where they develop the ability to thrive in any academic situation.
