About Olivia
I minored in French while studying mathematics at Berkeley and then led the campus’s French conversation table. Over six years, I’ve helped students develop strong accents and natural conversational rhythm. I draw from my own immersion experiences—like attending francophone film festivals and cooking traditional recipes—to bring authentic cultural context into every lesson. Listening practice uses authentic clips (interviews, song excerpts). I assign brief speaking tasks and writing prompts, offering detailed feedback on fluency and accuracy. Suitable for absolute beginners to intermediate learners working toward DELF B1.
