About Maggie
I'm a mom to 3. I have worked with everyone from ages 15 months to 90 years old and taught in a wide variety of settings. My pop-up classes have reached over 50 local small businesses. In my free time, I volunteer in schools and hold clearances/background checks. I also enjoy crafting, cooking, weightlifting and running.

I take my time to understand the needs and goals of client. I create very thoughtful sessions to first warm-up and activate key muscles and guide yogis through everything as we move. I have over 10 years of experience teaching as much as 12 times a week as well as a Master's degree in Education. I am very skilled at helping clients find variations of poses from my own experience coming back from multiple injuries and surgeries.
