About Molly

With 10 years of experience teaching Spanish to school and college students, I have developed a teaching approach that blends clarity, creativity, and consistent skill-building. About the lesson

My teaching approach for Spanish is built on five core values: Accountability, Integrity, Flexibility, Communication, and Positivity. I believe that a language becomes easier to learn when the student feels supported, guided, and understood. I begin every learning journey by identifying the student’s goals—whether they want to improve conversational skills, understand grammar, boost academic performance, enhance vocabulary, or prepare for travel. Based on their needs, I create a structured plan that includes a blend of speaking practice, reading tasks, listening activities, and grammar clarifications.

Accountability plays a major role in helping students grow consistently. I set clear milestones, offer revision tasks, and track progress in a way that motivates learners. Integrity ensures honest feedback that highlights strengths and encourages improvement without judgement. Flexibility allows me to adjust lessons depending on the student’s pace and learning style—visual, auditory, or interactive. Communication is at the heart of language learning. I incorporate real-life scenarios, practical phrases, role-plays, pronunciation training, and guided conversations to help students express themselves with confidence. Positivity shapes the classroom environment, making students feel comfortable experimenting with Spanish, asking questions, and making mistakes as part of growth. Besides Spanish, I can also teach related subjects such as basic English grammar, reading comprehension, vocabulary building, and beginner-level writing to strengthen overall language skills.
