About Josephine
I am an experienced Energy Healing Practitioner for over 15 years and am a certified advanced Yoga Teacher (500+ Hrs). I am also
currently studying my master's to become a licensed Psychotherapist. My students have been teens to seniors, and all have seen progress in their practices and personal development!

My sessions focus on energy healing and guided meditation to support emotional balance, nervous system regulation, and spiritual well-being. I offer a compassionate, intuitive space for people seeking relief from stress, emotional overwhelm, energetic blocks, or a sense of disconnection from themselves.
Lessons include guided meditation, visualization, pranayama (breathwork), and subtle energy practices, as well as simple tools drawn from emotional wellness coaching. I also incorporate practices such as mudras and affirmations when supportive, helping students work with their energy in a gentle, embodied way.
My approach is non-dogmatic and trauma-aware, honoring each person’s lived experience and inner wisdom. I am currently obtaining my master’s in Counseling Psychology to become a psychotherapist, which informs my grounded, ethically conscious approach to emotional and energetic work.
My work is especially supportive for sensitive, introspective individuals and those navigating emotional transitions or periods of inner change. Sessions are adapted to individual needs and intentions, whether the goal is grounding, emotional healing, self-awareness, or spiritual growth.
