About Quham

Quham’s mathematical experience extends beyond his grades and into the professional realm of tutoring. This commenced in Year 11 where he started up a Maths club for age-mates struggling with the Mathematics course. It was then that he realised he had a knack for helping people, not only understand Maths but enjoy it too. Furthermore, he has also had 2 years' experience with face to face tutoring, whilst balancing 4 A-levels, and helping several students in the process. This has been followed by 1 year of online tutoring experience while in University. As a young tutor, Quham is able to build a strong rapport with students, which creates a comfortable environment for students to make mistakes, learn from them and deepen their understanding, which is crucial for their progress. Over the course of the year, the minimum progress made by Quham’s students was 2 grades and no-one has fallen short of their target grade. To add, 2 of Quham’s previous students also went on to achieve Grade 9 at GCSE. This is a record Quham aims to continue and even exceed through Inspire Maths Tuition.

I teach topics tailored to your GCSE or 11+ specification using a presentation with loads of questions and quizzes to keep students engaged and check their understanding. I also help students in years 7-9 build a solid foundation for their GSCE exams later on. I teach on Google meet allowing me to share the screen with students. I can also teach on zoom if you prefer. Lesson recordings can also be made on request.
