About Leah

I am a professional violin tutor with 16 years of teaching experience working with school students, college students, and working professionals. Throughout my career, I have enjoyed helping students explore music and achieve their personal goals.

My teaching philosophy focuses on encouragement, communication, and individualized instruction. I believe that students perform best when they feel supported and understood. Therefore, I create lessons that are adapted to each student's abilities and aspirations.

Over the years, I have successfully guided many students in improving their technical skills and musical understanding. One of my greatest achievements has been seeing students gain confidence and enjoy sharing their music with others.

I aim to create a positive learning experience that inspires students to continue developing their talents and appreciating the value of music.

About the lesson

My teaching methodology is founded on compassion, communication, and supportiveness. I believe that every student can succeed when they learn in a positive and encouraging environment. I take time to understand each student's goals, strengths, and learning style so that lessons can be personalized for the best results.

In violin lessons, I focus on building strong fundamentals such as posture, bow control, finger placement, rhythm, intonation, and music reading. I teach step by step and use simple explanations to help students understand concepts clearly. I encourage consistent practice and provide constructive feedback to support steady improvement.

Besides violin, I also teach related subjects such as music theory, ear training, sight reading, and rhythm development. These subjects help students strengthen their musical foundation and become more confident performers.

My goal is to help students enjoy learning while developing confidence, discipline, and a lifelong passion for music.
