About Utsav
I was a research master's student in computer science at the University of Waterloo where I worked for over 2 years as a teaching assistant for undergraduate computer science courses. I have been working for 4 years in a research and professional capacity as a machine learning engineer. I have taken graduate-level courses in mathematics and computer science and interdisciplinary courses in ethics, law, and sociology.

I am self-taught in academic English and GRE (98th percentile in GRE Verbal globally) and I have been programming for over 5 years in a research and professional capacity.
I begin with examples which students find currently difficult to establish a baseline. Then I break down the remaining problems and concepts that need to be understood to gain proficiency in the topic into 3-4 checkpoints. I then proceed with the student on a one problem / one concept at a time basis till they have developed the necessary intuition.
I teach programming at an introductory level - high school and first year university. I teach academic English and GRE Verbal and Quants.
