About Alessio
I am a management engineer of the Polytechnic University of Milan. I obtained my bachelor degree in July 2018 with a grade of 107/110. I am currently engaged in a double master of science degree course in Energy and Management Engineering. For almost four years I have been devoting myself to private lessons, mainly on scientific subjects. Furthermore, I am involved in other projects outside the university that have allowed me to get a good experience despite of youth.

I aim to create within the student a critical sense and a method of approach to problems that allow him to be able to face always new situations. So, I give to students enough time to think, letting them even make mistakes; this helps the student to learn the weaknesses of his approach, giving him insights for a continuous improvement not only in the subject's context, but also in any problematic situation he will have to face. I leverage not only my knowledge, but above all the emotional intelligence I developed in almost four years of experience in private lessons, passed in close contact with high school and university students. An effective motivation and a strong passion are the main success factors for an education process.
