About Pankaj
I am a planning engineer with a government company in India. Part of my job requires me to work with and train people to excel in their chosen field. For that it is important to match temperament of an individual with the path he/she wants to follow. A wrong choice is a costly affair in terms of time and resources.
It is better to be wise and take the first step after careful thinking and if possible, expert advice.

My methodology is a bit unconventional. I believe in "Project based learning & Teaching". In my method a person is guided gently towards its goal however, their are jolts of reality in between. The idea is to test mental and emotional skills when they are most desired. In addition the purpose built data analysis tool will assist in the process.
The class is open to all. It could be one to one or a group of 5-10 people only.
