About Faith
My journey into engineering began with a natural fascination for understanding how machines and systems accomplish complex tasks. This passion led me to pursue a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, where I studied system efficiency, optimization, and process control in depth. Over twelve years of experience, I have combined professional application with teaching, discovering that education offers the deepest sense of impact and fulfillment.
I approach teaching with structure, empathy, and clarity. Engineering can be intimidating, so I work to make complex systems feel approachable and engaging. I encourage experimentation, thoughtful questioning, and consistent improvement. Students are supported in building both knowledge and confidence, discovering that they are capable of thinking like real engineers when given guidance and encouragement.
Beyond teaching, I continue to explore industry practices, attend educational workshops, and work on system improvement initiatives. These real-world experiences strengthen my instruction and keep my methods relevant. Engineering is a lifelong pursuit of progress, and I am devoted to sharing that pursuit with students who seek to shape a better future through innovation and intelligent design.

Engineering is the discipline of turning ideas into systems that function, support, and improve daily life. In my lessons, I help students understand that engineering is not just a technical field, but a mindset focused on efficiency, structure, and purposeful creation. Each class is an invitation to explore how theory becomes reality through careful planning, testing, and adaptation. I foster an environment where curiosity is balanced with precision, allowing students to explore innovative ideas while grounding them in scientific logic and material understanding.
Students begin their engineering journey by learning the foundations of design, motion, energy, and structural principles. As knowledge deepens, they move on to system optimization, process analysis, mechanical behavior, and performance evaluation. Advanced students undertake conceptual and project-based challenges that require critical thinking, creativity, and real-world awareness. I guide them through every stage — from initial concept to refined conclusion — emphasizing the importance of revision, accuracy, and insight throughout the process.
As students grow, they develop a new relationship with the world around them. Everyday objects begin to reveal hidden systems and intelligent design. This awareness strengthens focus, critical thinking, and confidence in problem-solving. Engineering teaches discipline and resilience, shaping individuals who can navigate challenges with a clear and solution-oriented mind. My goal is to empower students to see themselves as capable creators of meaningful change.
